- Autoclave: Lay flat in the autoclave. Clean for 20 minutes at 15 psi and 275 degrees Fahrenheit
- Manual Cleaning: Use a mixture of hot water and a mild soap (like Ivory Liquid) with a pH between 4.0 and 9.0 and wipe the mat down.
