Mold Release Sheets

Mold release sheets combine textile and chemical technology to create an easy-to-use method of applying mold release agents. The 2-ply sheets provide an ideal amount of mold release agent for a typical application. Each product is available in convenient 5 sheet or 10 sheet pouches.

FK44 Mold Release Sheets - For use in the aviation, marine, automotive, general industrial and sporting goods industries where a smooth release of a molded part is needed. FK44 is recommended and optimized for advance composites, epoxy systems, and nylon with a standard cure time of 3 hours at room temperature.

FK55 Mold Release Sheets - For use in the aviation, marine, automotive, general industrial or sporting goods industries when a smooth release of a molded part is needed. FK55 is recommended and optimized for advance composites and epoxy systems requiring an approximate cure time of 30 minutes at room temperature.

FK710 Mold Release sheets - For use in the aviation, marine, automotive, general industrial and sporting goods industries where a smooth release of a molded part is needed. FK710 is recommended and optimized for general purpose applications with a minimal
cure time of 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
