Shipping Costs & Times

Shipping Schedules: We ship Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 3:00PM Central Standard Time CST (excluding holidays) and in most cases we will ship your order within 1 business day of receipt. Non-stock items and large special orders may be drop-shipped from the factory and can take up to 7 to 10 day for delivery. We ship UPS and you have the option of UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air. Please call for the availability for UPS Next Day Air delivery. Additional charges may apply and certain product restrictions may apply.

Local Delivery and Customer Pick-up: If you require a local same day delivery please call us. If you would like to pick up your order, please include your pick-up instructions in the Customer Notes field during the checkout process. Once the order has been picked up your freight charges will be refunded. Please contact customer service for more information at 800-443-7101.

Air Shipping Estimates: SOS sites calculate estimated shipping for you before you finalize your order. The site shipping estimator is as accurate as possible, but in some cases when orders are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air our shopping cart may not reflect an accurate quote because of the dimension's of the package. In this event you will be contacted via email or one of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.

Fixed Shipping: All fixed shipping rates are based on the lower 48 States only. You will be contacted if you order a qualifying item and it cannot be shipped to your location. All international orders do not qualify for the Fixed Shipping method.

Free Shipping Promos: All free shipping rates are based on the lower 48 States only. You will be contacted if you order a qualifying item and it cannot be shipped to your location. All international orders do not qualify for the Free Shipping method. Free shipping is for qualifying orders of $1000+ on product purchases.

Shipping to Canada: Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

*Note: SOS is not responsible for paying international duties and taxes. If you require these charges in advance please contact your customs department for these charges.
