Micronova Manufacturing introduces the SilSat Pre-Saturated Silicon wipes. The SilSat wipes address the challenge of using sterile lubricant in a controlled application - by offering high grade silicone on a pre-saturated wipe.

Each polyester wipe is lightly impregnated with silicone - enough to service gears and rollers on fill lines - without the likely transfer of silicone into product or other critical surfaces. A potential hazard when sprays or liquid lubricant is used.

The Silsat wipes come in a re-sealable 8 pack pouch and are double bagged for easy transfer into the processing area.

Silsat wipes are gamma irradiated at 45kgy.
