TX1088 AlphaSorb with TexPure 12" X 12" Polyester Industrial Wipers for CMP Oxide Slurry Cleaning

 

TX1088 TexPure Industrial Cleaning Wipers are highly absorbent cleanroom wipers saturated with TexPure, a surfactant-free, alcohol-free concentrated cleaning solution. The CMP Oxide Slurry Cleaning System was created in order to re-hydrate oxide slurry deposits allowing for removal from the CMP tool or support component surface. TX1088 incorporates TexTra cut-edge, heavyweight, single-ply polyester wipers pre-wetted with 30% TexPure and 70% deionized water (DIW) in an easy-to-use re-sealable bag. TX1088 is ideal for small areas and hard to reach places. TexPure is a surfactant-free, alcohol-free, concentrated cleaning solution ideal for breaking down the dried on oxide slurry residue from the CMP process. As a safer and more environmentally friendly alternative to KOH cleaners, TexPure is nonflammable and biodegradable. TexPure’s unique chemical formula effectively penetrates and re-hydrates the dried silicon dioxide slurry breaking the bond between the residue and the surface allowing it to be wiped away.
