ITW Texwipe TX3252 Sterile AlphaSat with AlphaSorb HC incorporates ITW Texwipes highly sorptive AlphaSorb HC polyester wipers. Chosen for their low particle-generating characteristics and low extractable levels, these wipers offer superior strength in a continuous-filament knitted substrate. This substrate is saturated with a 0.2m filtered, 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% deionized water solution. This product has been gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 1 ppm (SAL=10-6) in accordance with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) Method 1. Sterile AlphaSat with AlphaSorb HC is ideal for alcohol wipe downs in the most critical areas of pharmaceutical sterile environments.
