ITW Texwipe TX8398 TechniSat incorporates a pre-wetted fabric blend of nonwoven hydroentangled 55% cellulose and 45% polyester. This fabric combines the highly absorbent properties of a natural fiber with the cleanliness and strength of a synthetic fiber. It offers low particle counts, low extractable levels and solvent compatibility. TechniSat wipers are pre-wetted with isopropyl alcohol and deionized water solutions filtered to 0.2 µm. The wipers are packaged in a resealable flexpack. TechniSat containers are sheathed in a sealed outer bag for proper introduction into the cleanroom.
