ITW Texwipe is a worldwide leader in contamination control supplies and critical cleaning products including lint free clean room wipers, cleanroom swabs, cleanroom stationery, sterile products, adhesive mats and more.

ITW Texwipe TX8410 AlphaSat is constructed with ultra-clean Alpha 10 (sealed-border, 100% polyester) wipers that are pre-wetted with semiconductor-grade isopropyl alcohol (IPA) in easy-to-use reclosable slider bags. Texwipe’s Alpha 10 is a wiper with superior strength that holds up well under rigorous use and is very abrasive resistant. With 4 sealed borders and ultralow particle release, this wiper provides maximum performance in critical environments. The AlphaSat line combines the Alpha 10 with semiconductor-grade isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Single pre-wetted wipers are conveniently withdrawn from the package through a reclosable opening. Providing prewetted wipers on demand, AlphaSat minimizes contamination levels and the need to handle bulk solvents and maintain solvent squirt bottles.
ITW Texwipe TX8410 Features:
  • 100% synthetic fiber (continuous filament, double-knit polyester) with a sealed border
  • Excellent abrasion resistance and wiping efficiency
  • Bag-to-bag traceability
  • In-line statistical process control and inspection ensure consistent quality
ITW Texwipe TX8410 Benefits:
  • Superior wiper strength guards against abrasion under rigorous use
  • Wipers provide ultralow particle and low extractable levels
  • Pre-wetted wipers eliminate the need to purchase and store IPA and squirt bottles
  • Packaging is RoHS and animal origin compliant
  • Minimizes VOCs (volatile organic compounds)
ITW Texwipe TX8410 Applications:
  • Cleaning surfaces sensitive to water contamination
  • Maintenance of manufacturing equipment for semiconductor, disk media and flat panels
  • Cleaning production tools during “wet cleans”
  • Preventative maintenance (PM) activities
  • Final wipedown of critical surfaces prior to manufacturing or packaging
  • Cleaning activities in Flammable Solvent restricted areas
  • Cleaning activities in stringent VOC regulation areas
