AlphaSat® with Vectra® Alpha® 10 combines Texwipe’s cleanest sealed-border polyester wiper with controlled, ready-to-use saturation. Each wipe is 100% continuous-filament polyester, double-knit, sealed on all four sides, then processed on the automated Vectra® cleaning system for exceptionally low ions, particles, fibers, and non-volatile residues (NVR/extractables)—making it a go-to choice for mini-environments, semiconductor tools, and other ISO Class 3–5 applications where edge-shedding and residue risk must stay ultra-low.

These wipers are pre-wetted to optimized, repeatable levels with cleanroom-grade solutions (including 100% semiconductor-grade IPA and other validated IPA/DIW blends, depending on part number), so every wipe delivers the same solvent load and contact time.
