01 SHIPPING
Checkout freight is an estimate
International shipping charges may change after carton dimensions, product restrictions, and carrier requirements are reviewed. We will contact you if an adjustment is needed.
02 CUSTOMS
Import charges are separate
International duties, taxes, and applicable brokerage charges are not paid by SOSCleanroom. Ask your local customs authority about destination-specific charges.
03 PAYMENT
International bank cards: use PayPal
SOSCleanroom does not accept cards issued by international banks through direct credit-card processing. Its published policy directs international cardholders to PayPal.

How to place an international order
Use the international-customer information at checkout and provide accurate delivery details. International orders remain subject to product, destination, carrier, and payment restrictions.

Select products
Add the cleanroom products you need to your cart. Confirm the part number, size or configuration, and order quantity.
STEP 02
Complete international checkout details
Use the International Customers section where displayed at checkout. Enter a complete destination address, contact information, and any carrier preference in order notes.
STEP 03
Review payment and shipping
Review the displayed shipping estimate and payment choices. Our team will reach out if the order needs a freight adjustment or additional shipping information.

Shipping and delivery
International freight, carriers, and restrictions
Shipping estimates and carrier choice
SOSCleanroom estimates freight before order completion, but international shipping may require later adjustment based on carton dimensions and the actual shipping method.
SOS may select UPS or FedEx International at its discretion. If you have a preferred carrier, note it at checkout; requests are considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Export and product restrictions
Some cleanroom chemicals, regulated goods, oversized products, and other items may not qualify for international shipment or specific services.
Eligibility depends on the destination, product classification, carrier rules, and required documentation. Contact us to check an item before ordering if restrictions may apply.

Customs and import costs
Know your landed costs before you order
The purchase price and shipping estimate may not include charges assessed after a shipment enters your country. Local customs authorities and the relevant importer or customs broker are the best sources for destination-specific estimates.
International duties and taxes
Recipients are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage-related charges. SOSCleanroom does not pay these charges for international customers.
Shipping to Canada
Canadian shipments may incur GST, HST, PST, customs duties, other applicable taxes, and brokerage fees. Amounts depend on the shipment and Canadian customs requirements.
Important payment information
Paying with an internationally issued credit card
SOSCleanroom's published payment policy accepts cards issued by U.S. banks for direct credit-card processing and does not accept cards issued by international banks through that method. International cardholders are directed to use PayPal for card-funded purchases, subject to the options available at checkout.
Avoid repeat card attempts
An international card may receive a bank authorization even when the payment processor declines the transaction. Repeated attempts can create additional temporary holds. Ask your issuing bank about any authorization hold.
Enter accurate billing details
Use your cardholder name and billing address exactly as registered with the card issuer. Enter any requested card security code only in the secure payment checkout flow.

International ordering FAQs
Is the shipping price at checkout final?
Not always. International estimates can change based on dimensions or the shipping service. SOSCleanroom will contact you if an adjustment is necessary.
Can I request UPS or FedEx?
Yes. Specify your preferred carrier in the checkout order notes. Carrier selection remains subject to SOSCleanroom's shipping arrangements and service availability.
Are customs charges included?
Do not assume they are included. The international recipient is responsible for applicable import duties and taxes; brokerage or other customs-processing fees may apply.
Can every product ship outside the United States?
No universal availability is promised. Some products or destinations are restricted. For regulated or potentially hazardous products, contact SOSCleanroom before ordering.
