Cotton cleanroom wipers are a smart choice for applications that benefit from a natural, highly absorbent substrate—especially where temperature, abrasion, or polishing demands make synthetic wipes less ideal. Texwipe cotton wipers are cleanroom manufactured from long-staple 100% woven cotton yarn, giving you strong wipe performance with reduced free-floating fibers compared to standard cotton cloths. Many styles use a tight twill weave and bias-cut construction to help minimize edge fraying during use.

Because cotton tolerates heat and scrubbing well, these wipers are often used for equipment cleaning in higher-temperature processes, on abrasive surfaces, and for polishing/burnishing tasks where durability matters. Texwipe cotton wipes are commonly specified for ISO Class 6–8 cleanrooms (and related controlled areas) and can handle elevated temperatures—up to about 400°F (205°C) for certain applications—where polyester or microfiber may not be recommended.
