Alpha® Series swabs are Texwipe’s best-known ultraclean polyester swabs, built for applications where the swab must clean effectively without adding particles, fibers, or extractables to the surface. Each tip is made from 100% continuous-filament polyester knit with a double-layer head for higher sorption and residue pickup, then thermally bonded with no adhesives to eliminate glue contamination and lock down edge fraying. Cleanroom laundering and manufacturing keep NVR and ionic background ultra-low, which is why Alpha swabs are widely specified for precision spot cleaning and cleaning-validation sampling.

A key advantage of the Alpha family is supply-chain integrity: the trademarked light-green handle (with TEXWIPE embossing) makes authentic Alpha swabs easy to identify and helps prevent unqualified copies from entering regulated or yield-sensitive processes.
