PolySat® pre-wetted cleanroom wipers are made from 100% melt-blown polypropylene, a substrate known across the industry for very low extractables and strong chemical resistance. The melt-blown structure creates a soft, non-abrasive cut-edge wipe that resists snagging and is safe for delicate parts, making PolySat a practical choice for controlled environments that need reliable wiping without the higher cost of sealed-edge polyester. Each PolySat® wiper is pre-wetted to optimized, repeatable saturation levels with 0.2 μm-filtered 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) / 30% deionized water (DIW)—a validated industry standard for low-residue surface cleaning. Consistent wetness improves SOP repeatability, reduces over-wetting, and helps control VOC exposure compared with spray bottles or bulk solvent wetting.

PolySat® is packaged in reclosable slider bags, containers, or peel-and-reseal packs to limit evaporation and protect cleanliness between uses. Certain PolySat® SKUs (e.g., TX8723) are also NSF A1 certified for use as a general cleaner around food-processing areas.
