Foam ESD-safe cleanroom swabs are built for precision cleaning where electrostatic discharge (ESD) can damage components and fiber shedding can’t be tolerated. Texwipe’s foam ESD swabs use CleanFoam® cleanroom-processed polyurethane foam (100 PPI) for a soft, fiber-free wiping surface that absorbs and releases solvents in a controlled way. The handle is made from Stat-Rite® inherently dissipative polymer, providing clean, permanent ESD protection without blooming carbon particles, metals, or ionic anti-static additives into your process. These swabs are adhesive-free (thermal-bonded) to eliminate glue contamination and are precision manufactured for consistent tip geometry and repeatable results. When used with compatible solvents, the ESD handle dissipates charge quickly, helping protect devices during cleaning and solution application.
