Micronova’s MicroSeal™ cuff sealer tape is a conformable, low-density polyethylene tape designed to create a reliable seal between cleanroom gloves and garment sleeves. Perforations at 3-inch (7.6 cm) intervals let operators tear exactly the length they need, so each strip wraps securely without bulk or waste. The low-outgassing film and clean-peel acrylic adhesive are formulated for controlled environments—removing cleanly from most garments without leaving adhesive residue or damaging fabric, even after repeated gowning cycles.

MicroSeal tape is wound on a 3-inch plastic core with no liner, which means less packaging, fewer particle-generating materials to manage, and faster gowning compared with conventional tapes. A single 18-yard roll seals approximately 40+ glove–cuff interfaces, making it a practical choice for pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, aerospace, and lab cleanrooms from ISO 5 through ISO 9. Sterile/irradiated options are available for aseptic and high-risk gowning applications.
