Buy the same consumables repeatedly?
Request a Special Price Quote (SPQ) review for repeat-use products. Eligible programs may be considered for manufacturer-supported pricing and scheduled purchasing arrangements.

You can upload a bill of materials (BOM), paste a line-item list, or enter products individually through the RFQ / SPQ form. Include as many of these details as are available:
Manufacturer and part number or SOS SKU.
Each, bag, box, case, and exact pack quantity.
Monthly/annual usage and ordering frequency.
ZIP codes, number of sites, and delivery needs.
Sterile/non-sterile, approved SKU requirements, and substitution preferences.
CoA, CoC, lot traceability, or other manufacturer documents needed.

Qualifying free shipping
The published shipping policy offers free shipping on qualifying product subtotals of $2,000 or more within the contiguous U.S. HAZMAT charges are excluded and other restrictions apply.
Freight and handling conditions
Special delivery, accessorial charges, hazardous materials, and international requirements can affect landed cost. Confirm these details before ordering.

Can we request blanket orders or scheduled releases?
Yes. Include your preferred ordering and release schedule for review. Availability and terms depend on the approved program.
Can SOS provide CoA, CoC, or lot documentation?
Tell us what documentation you require. Availability and format depend on the manufacturer, product, and configuration; SOS does not independently certify manufacturer products.
How long does a pricing review take?
Timing depends on quote complexity, inventory confirmation, and any manufacturer participation. For a time-sensitive need, contact our team directly.
