Micro Microdenier Swabs are the smallest-format swabs in the Microdenier series, built for pinpoint cleaning in narrow grooves, ports, and micro-features where larger tips can’t reach. The head uses 100% continuous-filament microdenier polyester knit—ultra-fine filaments that create high surface area for aggressive fine-particle lift, streak-free wiping, and gentle contact on scratch-sensitive surfaces.

The TX758MD’s micro, flexible head gives added control inside tight geometries, while complete thermal-bond, adhesive-free construction keeps background extractables low and avoids glue contamination. It’s also nylon-free, so it’s compatible with QAC disinfectants/cleaners, making it a strong fit for regulated SOPs in semiconductor, optics, medical device, and laboratory environments.
