QuanSat™ with Vectra® LT QuanTex™ wipers are designed for critical cleanroom applications where both ultra-low contamination and low titanium dioxide (TiO₂) are required. Each wipe uses a sealed-border, 100% continuous-filament polyester double-knit substrate, then runs through Texwipe’s automated Vectra® cleaning and inspection process for exceptionally low particles, fibers, ions, and nonvolatile residues (NVR/extractables). The LT (low-TiO₂) polyester is specifically intended for processes that are sensitive to TiO₂—helping reduce the risk of TiO₂ transfer or interference on tools, parts, or surfaces.

These wipes come pre-wetted at optimized, repeatable saturation levels with cleanroom-grade IPA blends (semiconductor-grade IPA and DI water, depending on SKU), so every wipe delivers consistent solvent load and contact time. Pre-wetting cuts squirt-bottle use, lowers VOC handling at point-of-use, and tightens SOP repeatability for mini-environments and semiconductor tool wipe-downs. Packaged in SolventSafe® reclosable cleanroom bags, QuanSat LT preserves wetness and cleanliness between uses while allowing easy, controlled dispensing.
