Nylon/polyester cleanroom wipers combine two continuous-filament synthetics to create a soft, durable, high-capture wipe for precision cleaning. The polyester component keeps particle and extractables low, while nylon adds elasticity and absorbency—together forming a microfiber structure that lifts and traps micro-contaminants more effectively than standard polyester wipes. Many nylon/polyester wipes use fine “split” microfibers (often in blends like 80/20 or similar) that increase surface area and improve pickup of particles, oils, and fingerprints without re-depositing them.

These blends are especially popular for final wipe-downs and scratch-sensitive surfaces—optics, lenses, photomasks, screens, sensors, and delicate electronic assemblies—where you need streak-free cleaning with a gentle touch. Cleanroom-processed nylon/polyester wipers are typically laundered and packaged to maintain low lint, low ions, and low nonvolatile residue (NVR), making them suitable for ISO-classified cleanrooms and other controlled environments that demand consistent wiping performance.
