International Orders & Shipping

Upon checkout you will see a section for International Customers. Please use this for all international orders.

SOS sites calculate estimated shipping before you finalize your order. Our estimator is as accurate as possible; however, for International shipments, the shopping cart may not reflect an exact quote due to package dimensions.

Carrier selection: At SOS’s discretion, we may ship via UPS or FedEx International. If you require a specific carrier, please add that request in your order notes. If an adjustment is needed, we will contact you by email or one of our Customer Service professionals will call you directly.

SOS supplies products worldwide, and we welcome your business as an international customer.

Shipping to Canada

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes on goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

Note: SOS is not responsible for paying international duties and taxes. If you require these charges in advance, please contact your local customs department for estimates.

International Credit Card Purchase

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ: We do not accept credit cards issued by international banks (U.S. cards only). Your bank may authorize funds, but our processor will decline the charge. Funds are held per your bank’s authorization policies—please contact your bank with questions. Do not make multiple attempts as this will reduce your available credit. Please use PayPal to process international credit card orders.

When checkout asks for your “personal information,” enter your full name and billing address. The name and address must match your credit card provider’s records or the order will be declined.

You must also provide the 3-digit CVV on the back of the card. These steps protect both the cardholder and Specialty Optical Systems, Inc. against possible credit card fraud.
