Orders and tracking

How do I track my order?
For most orders, log in to your account for the most up-to-date information. You will also receive an email with tracking information once the order ships from the carrier.

Shipping

How do I calculate delivery time for an order?
Most products ship from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas.
Why do express shipping charges sometimes look high?
Our site estimates shipping charges before checkout is finalized. The estimator is as accurate as possible, but for some air services the cart may not reflect an exact quote due to package dimensions.
If that happens, you will be contacted by email or a customer service representative will reach out.

Cancellations and returns

Can I cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel your order while it is being processed, but once the order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
If this happens, contact us to obtain an RMA. Deliveries refused by the customer without SOS consent will be charged a 30% restocking fee and billed for return freight charges.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Most merchandise purchased from SOS may be returned, unless otherwise noted in our Returns Policy.
