How do I track my order?
For most orders, you can log into your account to get the most updated information about your order. You will also receive an email with tracking information once the order ships from the carrier.

How do I calculate delivery time for an order?
Most products ship from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas.

Shipping charges seem to be very expensive on my Express order?
Our site calculates estimated shipping charges before the order is finalized. The site’s shipping estimator is as accurate as possible, but in some cases when orders are shipped via Air services the shopping cart may not reflect an accurate quote because of the package dimensions. In this event you will be contacted via email or one of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.

Can I cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel your order while it's being processed, but once the order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled. If this happens you will need to contact us to obtain an RMA. Deliveries that are refused by the customer without SOS consent will be charged a 30% restocking fee and be billed for the return freight charges.

Can I return an item?
Yes. Most merchandise purchased from SOS may be returned, unless otherwise noted in our Returns Policy.
