- When prompted enter the email address used to place your order, along with your SOS order confirmation number. (You can find your order number on your SOSCleanroom order confirmation email).

“Label created”
The shipment is prepared and awaiting the next carrier scan event. Carriers sometimes delay the first scan—especially during peak pickup windows. If your timeline is tight, contact us to confirm pickup status.
Multiple tracking numbers
Your order may ship in multiple cartons or from different inventory locations to get product to you faster. Track each number to see complete movement.
No recent scan updates
