12"W x 12"H x 11.5"D Cleanroom 2-Compartment Dispenser (Sloping Lid) — Compact Glove Control Station
Not every gowning area needs a large multi-size glove station. In smaller airlocks, satellite gowning zones, and task-specific workcells, a compact, disciplined solution is often the better control.

This 2-compartment cleanroom dispenser is designed to stage only what is needed—typically two glove sizes or two approved glove types—while maintaining the same contamination-control principles used in larger stations. The sloping lid discourages flat-top storage, helps maintain a cleaner visual profile, and keeps inventory covered between pulls.

By limiting both capacity and access points, this dispenser helps facilities reduce unnecessary handling, prevent carton deformation, and minimize glove waste without sacrificing availability.

Published configuration
  • Overall size: 12" W x 12" H x 11.5" D
  • Compartments: 2 (glove box dispensing format)
  • Lid design: Sloping lid with full-length hinge
  • Material options: 1/4" clear acrylic or 1/4" clean PETG
  • Mounting: Wall-mount or free-standing; heavy-duty wall bracket included
  • Edge finish: Flame-polished edges
  • Case unit: 1 dispenser per case
  • Availability: Made to order (typical 14–21 business days)
Why a 2-compartment station works
Two compartments are commonly used to stage the most frequently worn glove sizes (for example M / L) or to separate gloves by task (general handling vs. higher-durability). Fewer options reduce hesitation, incorrect pulls, and uncontrolled “backup” cartons.

Material selection: Acrylic vs PETG
Select the dispenser material based on your approved cleaning chemistry and wipe-down frequency.
  • Acrylic: Highly rigid and scratch-resistant; typically cleaned with soap and water. Best suited where IPA or harsh disinfectants are not routinely used on fixtures.
  • PETG: Selected when routine IPA or disinfectant wipe-down of dispensers is required. PETG offers better chemical compatibility for frequent cleaning.
Best practice: Align dispenser material with carts, shelving, and other wall-mounted fixtures in the same zone to avoid mixed-material cleaning issues.

Placement and restock guidance
  • Install at gowning benches, airlock entrances, or task-specific workcells.
  • Label each compartment clearly by glove size or approved use.
  • Replace glove cartons before deformation to prevent double-pulls.
  • Keep the lid closed between pulls to protect remaining inventory.
Note: Dispenser ships as the fixture only. Gloves, garments, and wipers shown in images are not included. Product photos may not represent the selected material.

Compact Gowning Control
2-Compartment Sloping Lid Dispenser
Why smaller dispensers often perform better
In many cleanrooms, the issue is not lack of gloves—it is uncontrolled access. Large stations placed in small zones encourage overstocking and “grab-and-go” behavior. A compact, 2-compartment dispenser forces intentional staging and supports cleaner workflows by limiting choice and movement.

Sloping lids as a contamination-control feature
  • Discourage storage of unrelated items on top of the dispenser.
  • Reduce horizontal surfaces where particles can settle.
  • Keep glove cartons covered between pulls.

Material compatibility and cleaning
Acrylic and PETG are both commonly used cleanroom polymers. Acrylic offers rigidity and clarity but is less tolerant of repeated IPA exposure. PETG provides better chemical compatibility for facilities that routinely disinfect fixtures with IPA.
Implementation tip: Match dispenser material to the same standard used for wall-mounted shelves and carts in the same zone.

Waste reduction through station design
  • Limits carton deformation and double-pulls.
  • Reduces wrong-size glove selection.
  • Supports defined par levels and restock discipline.
SOSCleanroom perspective:
Dispensers should be treated as process controls, not accessories. When paired with validated gloves, qualified wipers, and compatible garments, even a small station can significantly improve cleanliness, consistency, and audit readiness.
