12"W x 12"H x 12"D Cleanroom 1-Compartment Dispenser (Sloping Lid) — Single-Use-Case Glove Control
In critical environments, the most effective “organizational” tools are the ones that reduce touches, reduce decisions, and keep consumables from drifting into uncontrolled locations. A 1-compartment dispenser is intentionally simple: it supports one approved glove type (or one dedicated size) at a defined point of use—so operators are not improvising from open cartons on benches or carts.

The sloping lid is more than a cosmetic detail. It discourages placing unrelated items on top of the station and helps keep the glove carton enclosed between pulls. That consistency is how you reduce unnecessary waste (double-pulls, crushed cartons, and “wrong glove” substitutions), while keeping the station tidy and audit-friendly across shifts.

Published configuration (GD-105/110)
  • SKU: GD-105/110
  • Dispenser format: 1 compartment (designed to dispense gloves)
  • Construction (published): 1/4" clear acrylic or 1/4" clean PETG (PETG noted as safe with IPA)
  • Lid design: Sloped lid to maintain HEPA airflow; full-length hinged lid for durability and contamination control
  • Mounting: Wall mount or free-standing; heavy-duty wall bracket included
  • Finish: Flame-treated edges for smoothness
  • Packaging: Packaged in a poly bag, 1 per case
  • Size: 12"W x 12"H x 12"D
  • Availability: Made to Order, 14–21 business days
Where a 1-compartment dispenser is the right control
Use a single-compartment station when you want to eliminate choice at the point of use—common examples include: a dedicated “entry glove” for a specific corridor, a designated glove for a particular line, or a defined glove for maintenance/visitors. One compartment makes deviations obvious and reduces substitutions.

Material selection: Acrylic vs PETG (match your cleaning SOP)
Material choice should be driven by your approved disinfectant list and how frequently wall fixtures are wiped down.
  • Acrylic: Ideal when your environment does not require IPA or other harsh chemicals on dispensers. Acrylic is highly scratch-resistant and is typically cleaned with soap and water.
  • PETG: Selected for compatibility with IPA and harsher chemicals. This is frequently important in drug manufacturing, biotech, and many medical device programs where IPA wipe-down is routine.
Longevity checkpoint
If IPA is part of your routine wipe-down SOP for fixtures, standardize on PETG to help avoid long-term cracking/deterioration associated with repeated IPA exposure on acrylic.

Setup guidance
  • Label the station: glove type + intended use + (optional) room/zone. A single label prevents “nearest glove wins” behavior.
  • Define a par level: keep only one active carton in the dispenser; hold backup inventory in a controlled storage location.
  • Prevent carton deformation: replace crushed or softened cartons early—deformation is a common driver of double-pulls and glove waste.
  • Close the lid between pulls: “covered inventory” is the point of using a lidded dispenser.
Important note
Dispenser includes the fixture only. Items shown in photos (gloves, bouffants, wipers, apparel) are not included. Photos may not represent the selected material; acrylic is typically very clear, while PETG may have a slightly darker tint.

GD-105/110 — Single-Compartment Glove Control
1 Compartment Sloped Lid + Full-Length Hinge 1/4" Acrylic or 1/4" PETG Wall Bracket Included 12"W x 12"H x 12"D
Why “one compartment” is often the highest-control option
In cleanrooms, variation creates risk. A multi-compartment station can be the right answer for high-traffic gowning corridors—but when a zone requires a single, approved glove (by material, thickness, or application), the most reliable way to prevent substitution is to remove choice at the point of use.

A 1-compartment dispenser supports a single intended outcome: one approved glove carton, located in one defined place, accessed the same way every time. When the station is consistent, deviations become visible and correctable.

1) Verified fixture specifications (for SOP alignment)
Attribute Published value Operational meaning
SKU GD-105/110 Simplifies standardization across similar rooms and supports change control.
Construction 1/4" clear acrylic or 1/4" clean PETG (PETG noted safe with IPA) Select polymer based on disinfectant chemistry to avoid fixture degradation.
Lid design Sloped lid; full-length hinged lid Discourages “flat-top storage,” keeps carton covered, and supports consistent access behavior.
Mounting Wall mount or free-standing; heavy-duty bracket included Prevents carton migration to benches/carts, reducing uncontrolled touches.
Packaging Poly bag, 1 per case Supports clean introduction and helps protect the fixture before installation.
Size 12"W x 12"H x 12"D Compact footprint for airlocks, small corridors, and dedicated workcells.
Material-control reminder
Acrylic is typically cleaned with soap and water; PETG is chosen when IPA/harsh chemical compatibility is required. Material mismatch is a common root cause of “fixture cracking over time.”

Why SOSCleanroom for station standardization
A dispenser only performs when the whole station is controlled: glove approvals, cleaning compatibility, restock discipline, and consistent placement. SOSCleanroom supports that program-level approach with deep Texwipe, Ansell, and Kimtech coverage—plus fast access to supporting documentation and responsive help when your team is qualifying or re-standardizing a consumables station.
