Ultimat Dissipative Work Surface Cleanroom Static Controlled Mats (Standard / Bulk Roll)

Ultimat is an industrial-grade, two-layer rubber elastomer designed for grounded workbench and table surfaces. Unlike many surface-only treatments, its electrical properties are static dissipative through the volume, helping meet Class Zero and RoHS requirements. The chemically crosslinked construction provides different electrical resistances on each side and resists delamination. The permanently dissipative layers use advanced polymers that do not exude, outgas, or lose properties, ideal for cleanrooms deploying cleanroom static controlled mats.

Engineered for durability comparable to rigid laminates yet with the comfort of softer table mats, Ultimat works well with continuous monitors. It meets US EOS/ESD S20.20 and European IEC 61340-5-1 specifications, offering outstanding charge dissipation, rapid decay, low tribogeneration, and no charge suppression. The material withstands solvents, resists soldering iron deformation, won’t curl, and provides excellent abrasion resistance.
