Installation and use
  • Peel off the protective film on the back side of the mat (opposite side that the numbers face) to reveal the adhesive backing.
  • Place the mat on a clean, dry surface in the desired location (typical placement: entry points, gowning transitions, material transfer paths).
  • Peel off the top protective film to reveal the first usable layer (typically numbered “30”).
  • Replace layers based on visible loading and traffic patterns; do not “stretch” a layer past its effective capture capacity.
  • For carts, roll straight across the mat to maximize contact; avoid abrupt pivots that can reduce capture efficiency and increase edge lift.
