Return Policy Overview: Returns require prior approval and an issued RMA number before any product is sent back. Items must meet eligibility requirements and be returned according to the instructions provided with the RMA approval. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product and return reason. Important: Returns received without an approved RMA number will not be processed and are subseptiable to a 30% restocking fee.

- Confirm the product SKU and quantity
- Provide a clear description of the issue in the Comments/Questions section of the form
What Happens Next
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
- If your return is approved, we’ll email you an RMA number along with clear instructions on how to send your item back. In some cases, a customer service representative may reach out directly if additional details are needed.
- Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of your package and enclose a copy of the return paperwork when shipping your item.
