Shipping Schedules
We ship Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time (CT), excluding holidays. In most cases, orders ship within 1 business day of receipt.
- Ship from location: Dallas, Texas
- Carriers: FedEx and UPS
- Services: FedEx/UPS Ground, FedEx/UPS 2nd Day
- Overnight Services: Please call for availability; additional charges and product restrictions may apply.
- Non-stock & special orders: May be drop-shipped from the factory and can take 7–21 days for delivery.
Local Delivery & Customer Pick-Up
Need local same-day delivery? Call us.
If you prefer to pick up your order, include your instructions in the Customer Notes field at checkout. Once the order is picked up, your freight charges will be refunded. For details, contact Customer Service at 800-443-7101.
Air Shipping Estimates
Our website provides an estimated shipping cost before you finalize your order. While we aim for accuracy, some FedEx/UPS 2nd Day shipments may not quote precisely due to package dimensions. If an adjustment is needed, we will contact you via email or by phone.
Fixed Shipping
- Applies to addresses within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) only.
- If a fixed-rate item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you with options.
- International orders do not qualify for fixed or free shipping.
Free Shipping Promotions
- Valid for the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) only.
- International orders do not qualify.
- Free shipping applies to qualifying orders of $1,000+ (product subtotal).
Shipping to Canada
Canada Customs requires recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes (e.g., excise). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
