Shipping Restrictions
Ground-Only Shippable Products
Some products can only ship via ground service due to carrier requirements. When an item is ground-only, expedited or air services may not be available at checkout.
- Ground-only items: May limit available shipping methods shown at checkout.
- Mixed carts: If an order contains both ground-only and non-restricted items, shipments may be split to deliver available items sooner.
- Overnight services: Please call for availability; additional charges and product restrictions may apply.
Hazmat & Regulated Products
Certain products may be classified as hazardous, regulated, or restricted by FedEx/UPS and/or local regulations. These items may have specific shipping limitations.
- Service restrictions: Ground-only shipping (no air or expedited services).
- Destination restrictions: Some locations may not be eligible for shipment.
- Additional requirements: Packaging, labeling, and/or documentation may be required.
If additional information is needed to ship a regulated item, we will contact you before shipping.
Oversized, Overweight & Additional Handling
Oversized, long-length, or heavy items may exceed standard FedEx/UPS limits for certain services. These shipments may require special handling or alternate shipping methods.
- Packaging: Some orders may ship in multiple cartons.
- Carrier charges: Additional handling or oversize fees may apply.
- Freight shipments: If an item cannot ship via standard parcel service, it may require freight/LTL shipping.
If your shipment exceeds limits for your selected method, we will contact you with options prior to shipping.
Restricted Delivery Locations
Some delivery locations may not be eligible for all carrier services. Restrictions vary by carrier and destination and may limit available shipping methods and delivery timing.
- PO Boxes: FedEx and UPS typically do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical street address.
- Remote or limited-access locations: Service availability may be limited or require alternate methods.
- International destinations: Some products may not be eligible for export or may require additional documentation.
