SOSCLEANROOM PRICING
Special Price Quotes (SPQ) & Pricing Programs
This page is intended for procurement, supply chain, and operations teams evaluating cleanroom pricing, contract programs, and usage-based purchasing models.
Not sure which option applies?
- Use Add to Quote if you need pricing quickly for a defined list of items.
- Request an SPQ if you want contract pricing based on historical usage and repeat demand.
Online pricing and standard savings
Online pricing reflects real-world cleanroom purchasing volumes and includes case-level savings on many items. Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $1,000 (subject to item eligibility and shipping terms). Orders requiring HAZMAT shipping may incur additional carrier and compliance charges that will be applied.
Option 1: Use “Add to Quote” (Online Service)
Every product page includes an Add to Quote button. This is the fastest way to request pricing for a specific cart of items.
- Best for quick quotes and one-time needs
- Useful for confirming availability and lead time
- Ideal when you already know what you want
Typical quote turnaround
Many quotes are returned the same business day when manufacturer contract or rebate approval is not required.
Option 2: Request an SPQ (Contract / Program Pricing)
If you need deeper discounts tied to historical usage, SOSCleanroom can pursue contract pricing with manufacturers. To quote accurately, we need your part numbers and usage data.
- Best for repeat purchases, standardized BOMs, and multi-site programs
- Pricing aligned to real consumption and pack configuration
- Manufacturer-backed contract pricing when approved
Procurement note: Program pricing can improve purchasing consistency and budget defensibility when tied to usage, configuration, and manufacturer terms.
Why procurement teams use SOSCleanroom pricing
- Predictable pricing tied to usage reduces budget variance
- Contract governance supports audit readiness and change control
- Documentation included (sterile and non-sterile) reduces compliance gaps
- Freight transparency minimizes invoice disputes
- Blanket orders reduce emergency purchases and supply disruption
When should you use SPQ?
Use SPQ when your team buys the same cleanroom consumables repeatedly and wants pricing aligned to annual usage, program requirements, and consistent pack configurations.
What SPQ is not: SPQs are designed for repeat-use, forecastable programs and are not intended for one-time spot buys where usage data is unavailable.
What typically qualifies for SPQ review
- Repeat demand for the same SKUs across months/quarters
- Standardized configuration (sterility, packaging, case pack, documentation)
- Multi-site programs or consistent ship-to locations
- Forecastable usage supporting blanket orders or scheduled releases
What you receive with an SPQ
An SPQ typically includes approved pricing, validity dates, configuration/UOM, MOQ/case requirements, release options (spot or blanket), and applicable freight terms.
Program inputs checklist (copy/paste)
To reduce back-and-forth and accelerate SPQ review, send the fields below (as a spreadsheet or line-item list).
| Field | Example | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Item / Part Number (MFR PN or SOS SKU) | TX3211S / 73-701 / SOS SKU | Ensures exact product and configuration |
| UOM (each/bag/case) | Case | Avoids pricing mismatch due to pack sizes |
| Annual usage (or monthly) | 120 cases/year | Supports contract/volume review |
| Ship-to locations (ZIP / site) | 60601 / Site A | Impacts freight and program structure |
| Sterile vs non-sterile | Sterile | Prevents incorrect configuration |
| Documentation needs | CoA + lot traceability | Aligns to QA / audit requirements |
| Release preference | Blanket w/ monthly releases | Supports inventory continuity planning |
| Freight billing | Customer carrier account | Clarifies freight responsibility upfront |
Send your list to Sales@SOSsupply.com (customer programs) or Sales@SOScleanroom.com (distributor programs), or submit directly via

What we don’t do
- No artificial MSRP or “discount-off-retail” pricing
- No arbitrary handling charges; freight is billed as carrier-billed transportation charges and applicable accessorials (e.g., liftgate, temperature control, export documentation), where applicable
- No substitutions without review when program controls apply
Documentation with shipments (sterile and non-sterile)
Whether an item is sterile or non-sterile, SOSCleanroom provides available supporting documentation with shipments based on product and manufacturer documentation (for example, CoA, CoC, and lot traceability where applicable). Documentation availability and format may vary by manufacturer and product category.
How SPQ pricing works
1) Review usage + part numbers
Validate items, packaging, configuration, and program constraints.
2) Request contract pricing (when applicable)
Engage manufacturers as needed to pursue contract pricing for qualified programs.
3) Issue SPQ terms
Provide pricing, configuration, MOQ, freight terms, and validity period.
4) Enable easy ordering
Load pricing to your profile or manage ordering with an SOS team member.
SPQ controls (enterprise-ready)
- Validity window: SPQs include effective and expiration dates based on manufacturer/program terms.
- Configuration lock: Pricing is tied to the approved UOM, packaging, and case configuration to prevent mismatch.
- Substitution / change control: When substitutions are necessary, SOSCleanroom can coordinate review based on program expectations and manufacturer availability.
- Escalation path: For supply disruption or lead-time risk, SOSCleanroom can review alternatives and release timing to support continuity.
Controls are applied based on customer requirements, product category, and manufacturer policies.
Turnaround expectation
Many quotes are returned the same business day when manufacturer contract or rebate approval is not required; requests requiring manufacturer participation may take longer.
After approval: choose how you want to buy
A) Pricing loaded to your online profile
Your team logs in and sees approved pricing applied directly online for contracted items—useful for decentralized ordering and multi-location teams.
B) Work directly with an SOS team member
Prefer guided purchasing, scheduled releases, or consolidated shipments? An SOS representative can manage ordering against your SPQ.
How pricing is implemented
- Online profile pricing for self-serve ordering
- Rep-managed ordering for guided procurement and consolidated shipments
- Blanket order releases to stay ahead of usage requirements
Distributor support
SOSCleanroom also supports other distributors. To discuss distributor pricing models and how we can support your program, contact Sales@SOScleanroom.com. Many distributor partners may appear to be competitors in the market; when special channel relationships or customer-specific arrangements exist, SOSCleanroom works to honor those relationships and support the program accordingly, subject to manufacturer terms.
