Polyester Ultraclean swabs are the “safe default” for high-sensitivity processes because polyester delivers a rare mix of ultra-low linting, low extractables (NVR), and strong chemical resistance. Built with 100% continuous-filament polyester knit heads and adhesive-free thermal bonding, these swabs avoid glue contamination, resist fraying, and provide a consistently clean surface for solvent work and sampling. Cleanroom laundering and packaging further reduce ions and residue, giving you a neutral background that won’t mask the contamination you’re trying to remove or measure.

Because polyester is soft and non-abrasive, Ultraclean swabs are trusted on delicate parts while still holding up to rigorous wiping.
