ITW Texwipe TX8415 AlphaSat is constructed with ultra-clean Alpha 10 (sealed-border, 100% polyester) wipers that are pre-wetted with semiconductor-grade isopropyl alcohol (IPA) in easy-to-use reclosable slider bags. Texwipe’s Alpha 10 is a wiper with superior strength that holds up well under rigorous use and is very abrasive resistant. With 4 sealed borders and ultra low particle release, this wiper provides maximum performance in critical environments. The AlphaSat line combines the Alpha 10 with semiconductor-grade isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Single pre-wetted wipers are conveniently withdrawn from the package through a reclosable opening. Providing prewetted wipers on demand, AlphaSat minimizes contamination levels and the need to handle bulk solvents and maintain solvent squirt bottles.
